The Temperature Indicating Labels are supplied with inbuilt adhesive and can be attached to equipment for indicating and recording various operating temperatures. It has a lot of advantages that many other apparatuses don’t have, such as no need of power and wire, small size, having the function of recording the temperature, easy to operate, easy to observe, low cost and so on. Moreover, it has pressure sensitive adhesive, formed as tag. It could be stuck on the cover of Conducting Electricity in Bus-bar Groove tie-in, knife-switch, transformer casing, etc. which need to be measured the temperature directly, to measure the temperature. Where the temperature is increasing and the nominated temperature is exceeded, the labels color (white) will change to red, black, green, yellow in succession or show the number of temperature increments that have been exceeded. After changing, the labels do not resume original white. And the temperature error is 1~2 degrees Celsius. The temperature recorder labels made by us can be supplied with either permanent recording or reversible functions that in quality are second to none. Most types have three expression states and reverse function, that is to say, before exceeding the nominated temperature it is white; after exceeding this temperature, it would change color; when turn back to normal temperature, the color could change to the mid color. For example, red would turn back to pink and black would turn back to grey. If exceeding again, the color would change to former fresh color, so it could be used many times to reduce the cost. It only needs you to check if the labels’ color changed during normal work and is not necessary to observe it for a long time. Thus, it is much more convenient and offer great help for judging whether the current temperature is exceeding the nominated temperature. We believe they are the least expensive in the world and we can produce variations of our current type labels by special order where quantities warrant. We have been manufacturing the temperature labels now for seven years. Examples of our product: temperature changes are recorded at the following increments - 55, 60, 65, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85 degrees Celsius, or 131,140,149,158,167,176,185 degrees Fahrenheit. The operation life of our label is 3 years indoors and 2 years outdoors. Our labels are robust - for example they can be applied to power station components including transformer, generator junction; thimble; contactor; mains etc.

Note: The stick part should be clean; touching is forbidden in measuring process. When testing product, please do not burn and bake it by fire directly to prevent from transforming.   YDX678 type   2.4 x 5.5 cm/piece, can show three increments of temperature change on each piece. When 60 degrees Celsius, it changes to black, 70 degrees Celsius, it changes to green and when 80 degrees Celsius, it changes to red. All these three are the most common temperature in electric power industry.

Windows type temperature recorder film labels series --- They have protection membrane and pressure sensitive adhesive. They are environmentally safe and waterproof. When exceeding nominated temperature, the window would turn from white to black.

BF type  2.2 x 2.2 cm/piece, when the temperature gets to 100 degrees Celsius, these windows in turn change white to black. It has the record function.

WB 678 type  1.4 x 4.6 cm/piece, When 60 degrees Celsius, it changes to black, 70 degrees Celsius, it changes to green and when 80 degrees Celsius, it changes to red.  It is suitable for Bus-bar Groove tie-in. 

WB 789 type  1.4 x 4.6 cm/piece, When 90 degrees Celsius, it changes to black, 70 degrees Celsius, it changes to green and when 80 degrees Celsius, it changes to red.  It is suitable for Bus-bar Groove tie-in. 

Single temperature indicator labels series. They are available for different temperatures and come mainly in three sizes, (3x3cm/piece, 2x2cm/piece, 1.5x1.5cm/piece) and four colors, (white change to red, black, green, yellow). It has pressure sensitive adhesive. Except that enhanced types have protection film and be fit for indoor and outdoor use, other types are more suitable for indoor use. After exceeding the temperature, the color would change obviously. We have following types in each temperature level.

Extra economy type 1.5X 1.5cm/piece.

Standard type  3 X 3cm/piece,

Button type round, diameter 1.5cm(or 1.3cm)/piece, it would change to black at 60 degree Celsius, green at 70 degree Celsius and red at 80 degree Celsius. At the same time, it would show the temperature number. It has no protection membrane and could be used indoors.

Showing temperature number labels series--- When they are heated to the defined temperature, they indicate that temperature. They have pressure sensitive adhesive. They are available for a wide range of temperatures, mainly 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85 degrees Celsius. The indicator shape is round and the colors are background white to black, white to red and so on for the different colours. Glisten and enhanced type could offer signs of electric power phase sequence.

  GKL type  round, 4.8x1.8cm /piece，waterproof, it has protection membrane which could defend dirty. Each one has three indicative temperatures, 60, 70 and 80 degrees Celsius. After exceeding nominated temperature, it would change to black, green, and red at 60, 70, 80 degrees Celsius respectively and it could show the temperature meanwhile.

 

Temperature number type: round, diameter 2cm/piece, it has no protection membrane. After exceeding nominated temperature, the color would change from white to black. It has good quality with low price. It could be used indoors.

Temperature number reflex type 2.5x2.5cm/piece, waterproof, it has protection membrane which could defend dirty and water. It has an indicative window in the middle which could show number. After exceeding specific temperature, the white window would show black background and white number, furthermore, the frame would be red (or yellow or green); The color of frame is obvious and could be used as the indicative color of three phase sequence; Furthermore, the frames take use of recursive directional glisten material in order to be checked under weak light and in far distance. The effect is just the same with the signs in high way.
Temperature number enhance type  2.5x2.5cm/piece, waterproof, it has same size and function with Temperature number glisten type, just have no recursive directional glisten material.
